- can you tell me about shipping?
- sure! right now I only ship to US addresses via priority mail. my bags are pretty big so I mail them in flat rate boxes. smaller bags, like coin purses, can be shipped via first class mail or tag along for free in a flat rate box with a bigger sister.
- when will I receive my order?
- your order is ready to go and will ship within 3-4 business days.you can expect to receive your order 2-3 days after it has shipped. contact me if you need expedited shipping.
- what about returns/refund?
- if you aren't happy with your item, just contact me within 5 days of receiving it and we can work something out. shipping is non-refundable. please note that wabi-sabi items are non-returnable, so please ask questions before ordering!
